Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support to Salesforce users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting basic issues related to access, functionality, and data.
- Assist with user management, including creating, deactivating, and modifying user profiles and permissions.
- Perform data entry, cleanup, and de-duplication activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce.
- Support the customization of standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types under guidance.
- Develop and maintain basic reports and dashboards to provide insights into data and operational performance.
- Assist in documenting Salesforce processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with senior administrators and other teams to identify opportunities for Salesforce optimization and enhancement.
- Conduct basic user training sessions for new hires or on new features as needed.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, helping to assess their potential impact and benefits.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
Required Skills
- 18+ months of experience working with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
