Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Product Manager to join our dynamic Technology team in Las Vegas. This is an immediate hiring opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering our Salesforce product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and enhancing user experience across various departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Define, own, and execute the Salesforce product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with company strategic goals and stakeholder priorities.
  • Gather and synthesize business requirements from various departments (Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations) and translate them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions on trade-offs to optimize value delivery.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Develop and maintain clear product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders on product success and areas for improvement.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continually enhance our Salesforce platform.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce capabilities, advising stakeholders on potential solutions and limitations.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or similar).
  • Proven experience in defining product roadmaps, gathering requirements, and delivering successful Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform capabilities, data model, and security model.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator or other relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Product Owner, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
  • Experience in the hospitality, entertainment, or gaming industry.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
  • Master’s degree or MBA.
