Job Description
As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Tenet Healthcare in El Paso, Texas, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our Salesforce platform to enhance patient care, streamline operational workflows, and improve data-driven decision-making across our extensive healthcare network. You will also be responsible for developing meticulous test plans, coordinating and executing user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring that all deployed solutions are stable, scalable, secure, and intuitive for end-users.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth business analysis, gather requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications for Salesforce solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, Process Builders, Flows, and validation rules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and leverage Salesforce capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience.
- Develop detailed test plans, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure the quality and integrity of Salesforce deployments.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation to end-users to ensure optimal adoption and utilization of the Salesforce platform.
- Manage Salesforce releases, enhancements, and system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Work closely with development teams, project managers, and administrators to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay informed about new Salesforce features, best practices, and third-party integrations relevant to the healthcare industry.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions adhere to healthcare industry regulations, data privacy (HIPAA), and security standards.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Salesforce platforms.
- Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and process automation (Process Builder, Flow).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and leading stakeholder meetings.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in creating detailed user stories, process flows, and system documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
