Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily financial transactions, including data entry and ledger maintenance.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.
- Verify and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents accurately.
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors regarding financial inquiries.
- Perform general administrative duties within the finance department as required.
Required Skills
- A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, or a related field (recently completed or soon to be completed).
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
