Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily financial transactions, including data entry and ledger maintenance.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.
  • Verify and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents accurately.
  • Maintain organized financial records and filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors regarding financial inquiries.
  • Perform general administrative duties within the finance department as required.

Required Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, or a related field (recently completed or soon to be completed).
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
