Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system (HRIS) and personnel files.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and other official correspondence.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data and changes.
  • Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Generate basic HR reports and analytics as required.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or entry-level experience in an HR department.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
  • Knowledge of Egyptian labor law and regulations.
