Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Process expense reports and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring high quality and consistency.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and directing as appropriate.
  • Organize and facilitate team meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring the team has necessary resources.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
