Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas, taking detailed notes, and distributing action items to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and resource allocation trackers.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring all parties are informed of project progress, changes, and dependencies.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization, promptly escalating any potential issues or delays.
  • Organize and manage project-related data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of project team members as needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for project reviews and stakeholder updates.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com) and G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
