Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, utilizing Google Analytics and other data visualization tools to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, content) to align marketing strategies with broader business goals.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and creatives to continuously improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, especially within the Google ecosystem.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for optimizing content, website structure, and other digital assets for SEO.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
  • Expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and implementation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
