Key Responsibilities
- Receive and stow products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Package and label products for delivery, adhering to Amazon's standards.
- Load and unload trucks, manually or with the aid of equipment.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet jacks, if certified.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
- Adhere to Amazon's quality and productivity standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Required Skills
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to read and speak English for safety and training purposes.
- Ability to lift and move up to 49 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures, including hot and cold conditions.
- Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience using an RF scanner.
- Comfortable working with computers and hand-held devices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
