Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanners or other equipment.
- Efficiently pack items into boxes, ensuring proper packaging and labeling for shipment.
- Receive and store inventory, accurately placing items in designated locations.
- Operate manual and powered material handling equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Inspect products for quality and damage, reporting any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Comfortable working in an environment with varying temperatures, loud noises, and fast-paced operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer navigation skills for using handheld devices.
