Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance for Bombardier aircraft systems, components, and operations to both customers and internal field service personnel.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues by thoroughly analyzing data, utilizing technical manuals, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools.
  • Maintain meticulous and comprehensive documentation of all customer interactions, technical inquiries, resolutions, and recommendations within designated support systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and product development, to pinpoint the root causes of recurring issues and contribute to long-term systemic improvements.
  • Develop, prepare, and deliver targeted technical training and educational guidance to internal staff and external partners as necessary.
  • Monitor fleet performance metrics and proactively identify potential areas for enhanced support, preventative maintenance, or system improvements.
  • Stay abreast of all Bombardier aircraft models, system updates, service bulletins, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), and relevant industry regulations.
  • Participate in on-call rotations or provide extended support hours to meet critical operational demands and minimize aircraft downtime.
  • Assist in the creation, review, and revision of critical technical documentation, including service bulletins, maintenance manuals, and comprehensive troubleshooting guides.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all aviation safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards in every aspect of support activity.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in aviation maintenance, technical support, or field service roles, with a strong preference for business jet aircraft.
  • Profound understanding of complex aircraft systems (e.g., avionics, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, propulsion, environmental control systems).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in reading, interpreting, and applying information from technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and comprehensive maintenance manuals.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the proven ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
