Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, general ledgers, and subsidiary accounts under supervision.
  • Participate in the preparation of financial statements and reports, learning about financial closing processes.
  • Learn and assist with daily bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and other balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Support the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Assist in data entry, verification, and maintaining organized financial databases and documentation.
  • Learn, understand, and adhere strictly to company financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Participate actively in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Undertake continuous professional development through provided training programs, workshops, and mentorship.
  • Perform other ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned to support the finance department.
