Key Responsibilities

  • Install, connect, and configure telecommunications equipment, including broadband, fibre, and digital voice services, at customer premises.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing installations to ensure optimal performance and service reliability.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to connectivity, signal quality, and equipment malfunction.
  • Educate customers on the proper use of their newly installed services and equipment, ensuring a clear understanding.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and customers.
  • Complete work orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining detailed records of installations, services, and repairs.
  • Manage vehicle inventory, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and stocked.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet service targets and operational goals.
