Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
- Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate AT&T products and services (e.g., mobile plans, devices, broadband, smart home solutions).
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and service plans through hands-on demonstrations.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all current AT&T offerings, promotions, and competitive landscape.
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide solutions or direct to appropriate support channels.
- Maintain visual merchandise standards, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and inviting.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or retail sales environment (minimum 6 months).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
