Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for assigned technology projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and managing variations.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing effective mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation, optimizing team performance and output.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to all stakeholders regularly and transparently.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors, ensuring effective contract and performance management.
- Perform quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet predefined standards and client expectations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, presentations, and archives.
- Facilitate change management processes and ensure smooth transition to operations post-project completion.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management methodologies and tools.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the technology sector (minimum 5 years)
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, web technologies, or infrastructure projects
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently from concept to completion
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE2 certification
- Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business-related field
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Master certification is a plus)
- Familiarity with Dell Technologies products, services, and ecosystem
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organizational structure with diverse teams
