Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data collection processes.
- Perform complex data analysis, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies using statistical methods.
- Create clear and compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Develop predictive models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (minimum 2.5 years)
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros)
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
