Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Project Managers in the development and management of comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets for digital campaigns and web development projects.
- Coordinate daily tasks and workflow with creative, strategy, media, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and help in developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate internal and external project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring all assets, reports, and communications are organized and accessible.
- Support quality assurance processes by reviewing project deliverables against briefs and client expectations.
- Communicate project updates and status reports to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Learn and apply best practices in digital project management methodologies and tools.
- Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing related to project activities.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated interest in digital marketing, web technologies, and social media trends.
