Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to leadership and multiple team members, including managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinate and arrange both internal and external meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant materials.
- Prepare, edit, and format professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including screening calls, handling emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring information is easily accessible and secure.
- Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, coordinating equipment maintenance, and liaising with vendors.
- Facilitate travel arrangements and expense report submissions for team members.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the office environment.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
