Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly creative Adobe Social Media Manager to join our innovative team in Laval, Quebec. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging visual and written content across all major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and opportunities for engagement, and adapt content strategy as needed.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive brand interactions.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze social media performance data using analytics tools (including Adobe Analytics) to identify insights, measure ROI, and optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, design, PR) to ensure content consistency and alignment with broader company initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, platform changes, and emerging technologies.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all social media posts.
- Identify and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders within relevant industries.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance, presenting key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in social media management or a related marketing role.
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Proven ability to create engaging, high-quality visual and written content.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
