Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, and web.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing content, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with campaign goals.
- Support social media management, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience insights.
- Manage marketing collateral inventory and ensure up-to-date resources are available for sales and marketing teams.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) for basic design and content editing tasks.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to stakeholders.
- Assist with event planning and execution, including logistics, promotion, and on-site support for local activations and webinars.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing coordination or similar role, preferably within a technology-driven environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
