Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians and engineers with the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- Perform routine checks, inspections, and preventative maintenance tasks on machinery and systems.
- Monitor production processes and report any anomalies, malfunctions, or issues to lead technicians promptly.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols meticulously to ensure quality, efficiency, and a safe work environment.
- Document work performed, equipment status, and production data accurately using relevant software and systems.
- Participate actively in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and develop specialized skills.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments to achieve operational goals.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
