Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex technical projects from inception to completion.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering strong communication and collaboration among engineering, R&D, marketing, and supply chain.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing effective mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular, transparent updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, budgetary constraints, and established timelines.
- Implement and champion best practices in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Drive continuous process improvement within project management operations.
- Facilitate effective communication and decision-making across all project participants.
- Manage vendor relationships and external dependencies as required by the project.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology or semiconductor industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
