Key Responsibilities

- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations for individuals and small groups.
- Assist customers with product setup, feature explanations, and basic technical inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Stay current with all new Apple products, software updates, and service offerings.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales goals and uphold store operational standards.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support, including scheduling Genius Bar appointments when necessary.
- Handle customer concerns and feedback with professionalism and a problem-solving approach.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a consistently positive, approachable attitude.
- A genuine passion for Apple products and a quick ability to learn and articulate technical information.
- Comfortable and effective working in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and cash handling (POS experience preferred).
