Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Apple hardware and software products, including Macs, iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, and accessories.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in an electronics retail environment.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues on macOS and iOS platforms.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
