Job Description

Are you an experienced Salesforce professional with a passion for transforming business processes through innovative technology? Salesforce is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Salesforce Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Salesforce Implementation Specialist, you will be a key player in designing, configuring, and deploying Salesforce solutions for our diverse client base. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their unique business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure successful platform adoption. Your expertise will be crucial in leveraging the full power of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), Pardot, and various AppExchange solutions. You’ll be responsible for hands-on configuration, customization (using clicks-not-code primarily, but understanding Apex/Visualforce capabilities is a plus), data migration, system integration planning, user training, and providing ongoing post-implementation support. Your goal will be to ensure our clients achieve maximum return on investment (ROI) from their Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in full lifecycle Salesforce implementation projects, from discovery and design to deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other modules to meet client needs.
  • Perform data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop and deliver user training programs and documentation to ensure successful user adoption.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical architects, and other team members to ensure project success.
  • Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.
  • Conduct thorough testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and product roadmaps.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and implementation.
  • Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative customization (workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, custom objects/fields).
  • Experience with data migration tools and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant Certification.
  • Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Pardot).
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
  • Experience in client-facing consulting roles.
  • Basic understanding of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components (LWC).
