Job Description

As a Salesforce Product Manager at Salesforce in Austin, you will be at the forefront of innovation, defining and delivering cutting-edge solutions that empower businesses worldwide. Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product roadmap, strategy, and vision for a specific Salesforce product area, aligned with company goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and validate product hypotheses.
  • Translate high-level product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams through agile development processes to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, sales, marketing, and customer success, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including sales enablement materials, product documentation, and launch strategies.
  • Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement and achieve key business metrics.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively communicate progress, risks, and changes.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to product development, leveraging analytics to inform decisions.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a significant portion focused on enterprise SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated expertise with the Salesforce platform, including its various clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
  • Proven ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and requirements from conception to launch.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification(s).
  • Experience with AI/Machine Learning concepts applied to enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and design thinking methodologies.
