Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a deep passion for Salesforce and a track record of successful implementations? AT&T is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, Texas. This is an immediate-start opportunity for a driven individual ready to lead critical Salesforce initiatives that will directly impact our business operations and customer experience. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of complex Salesforce projects, from initial strategy and planning through execution, deployment, and post-implementation support. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects, from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders and business units.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and senior management.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans to ensure project success.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, agile methodologies, and AT&T’s internal standards and compliance policies.
- Oversee quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes to ensure deployed solutions meet business requirements.
- Drive user adoption of new Salesforce features and functionalities through effective change management and training initiatives.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success, identify lessons learned, and recommend future improvements.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce implementations.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Pardot.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with change management processes related to technology adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
- Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder).
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience within the telecommunications industry.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and data migration strategies.
