- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments to optimize production flow and problem-solve.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, guidelines, and company regulations.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Cross-train on various production stations and processes as needed to support operational flexibility.
