Job Description

As a Delivery Specialist at Tesla, you will be the final point of contact in a customer’s journey, ensuring an unforgettable and smooth vehicle handover experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the final stages of vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections prior to delivery to ensure flawless condition and readiness.
  • Educate customers on vehicle features, charging procedures, and basic operational aspects of their new Tesla.
  • Process all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently for vehicle handovers.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve minor issues or concerns during the delivery process with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Service) to ensure efficient delivery schedules and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming delivery bay and customer lounge area.
  • Support inventory management tasks, including vehicle staging and movement as needed.
  • Uphold Tesla’s high standards of customer service and brand representation at all times.
  • Provide post-delivery support and follow-up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or automotive.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Valid driver’s license in the state of Oregon and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
