Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to Tesla owners and potential customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries related to Tesla products, services, and general information with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Guide customers through technical troubleshooting steps for vehicle software, charging, and app functionality.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal departments for further investigation and resolution, following established protocols.
  • Educate customers on product features, warranty information, service processes, and new offerings.
