Key Responsibilities

  • Perform various production assembly operations on components or sub-assemblies, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Operate manual and automated manufacturing equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections on products throughout the production process, identifying and reporting any defects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5S principles and other organizational standards.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing process enhancements.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate personnel.
  • Adhere to production schedules and adapt to changing priorities as needed.

Required Skills

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity and physical exertion (e.g., standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs for extended periods).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic computer literacy for data entry and operational systems.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly role.
