Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, performing efficient check-ins and check-outs in accordance with Disney’s legendary service standards.
- Accurately manage guest reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, dining options, and transportation.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly, courteously, and effectively, always aiming for guest satisfaction and creating magical resolutions.
- Process payments, post charges, and balance daily transactions using our property management system.
- Answer multi-line phones, direct calls, and take messages with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area, reflecting the Disney commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, concierge, maintenance) to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and brand standards at all times.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (PMS).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
