You’ll be responsible for accurate and efficient processing of sales transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash and credit card payments, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory. Beyond the register, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the enchanting atmosphere of our store. This includes assisting with merchandising efforts, ensuring products are displayed attractively and organized according to Disney standards, and constantly replenishing stock to keep our shelves full of magical treasures.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and gift card payments.
- Assist guests with product selection, providing detailed information about merchandise, promotions, and store services.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and displayed according to Disney standards.
- Replenish inventory, receive shipments, and assist with stockroom organization.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and cash handling.
