Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently process cash, credit, and debit transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and offering assistance with a magical touch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area, ensuring it reflects Disney's standards of excellence.
- Handle cash and manage till according to strict company policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Process returns, exchanges, and gift card transactions with precision and a guest-first approach.
- Promote current promotions, loyalty programs, and special offers to guests, enhancing their shopping experience.
- Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising, and maintaining product displays as needed to support store operations.
- Resolve guest concerns or escalate issues to management promptly and courteously, always aiming for a positive outcome.
- Adhere to all safety and, security, and cleanliness guidelines, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for all.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in cash handling and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Strong verbal communication skills, capable of clear and engaging interactions.
