Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa.
- Provide comprehensive information about resort amenities, activities, dining options, and local attractions.
- Efficiently handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns, inquiries, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues as necessary.
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records using proprietary systems.
- Collaborate with various resort departments (e.g., housekeeping, bell services, dining) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Offer personalized recommendations and create magical moments that exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming front desk area, upholding Disney's high standards of presentation.
- Adhere to all safety, security, and company policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts (day, evening, overnight).
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service and creating magical experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a resort or hotel setting, particularly front desk operations.
- Familiarity with the Hawaiian culture and local attractions.
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Spanish).
- Experience with reservation systems (e.g., Opera PMS).
- A track record of exceeding guest satisfaction metrics.
