Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, providing world-class service reflective of Disney standards.
- Address guest inquiries, provide accurate information regarding park attractions, dining, events, and resort services.
- Actively listen to guest concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective and timely resolutions.
- Assist with ticket purchases, reservations, and general information, ensuring smooth transactions.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all Disney products, services, and operational procedures.
- Handle guest feedback and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall guest experience.
