Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Perform comprehensive data entry, record keeping, and filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Screen and direct phone calls and inquiries, responding professionally and appropriately.

- Assist in the preparation of reports, financial statements, and presentations as required.
- Order and maintain office supplies and manage office equipment, ensuring smooth operation.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
