Key Responsibilities

  • Assist medical practitioners with patient examinations, diagnostic procedures, minor surgical interventions, and various treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Prepare examination and treatment rooms, meticulously sterilise medical instruments, and ensure that all necessary medical supplies and equipment are readily available and in perfect working order.
  • Accurately take and record patient vital signs, detailed medical histories, current medications, and chief complaints, reporting any anomalies to the clinical team.
  • Administer various types of injections (intramuscular, subcutaneous), perform routine wound care, and expertly collect laboratory specimens (e.g., blood, urine) as precisely directed by the clinical staff.
  • Provide clear, concise, and compassionate patient education regarding upcoming appointments, procedural explanations, detailed aftercare instructions, and general health advice.
  • Manage and meticulously update patient medical records, ensuring absolute accuracy, strict confidentiality, and full compliance with all relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Efficiently schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage patient flow within the clinic, and handle a wide range of general administrative and front-desk tasks.

Required Skills
