Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing exceptional service.
- Assist customers in locating products and making informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, including aisles and display areas.
- Stock shelves, rotate merchandise, and ensure products are priced correctly.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support colleagues as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic mathematical skills for processing transactions
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 25 kg (50 lbs) regularly
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Knowledge of home improvement products or willingness to learn
- Experience operating a till or point-of-sale (POS) system
