As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an integral part of our supply chain, ensuring that our world-famous products reach our customers and consumers on time. You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks related to receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products, all while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products, verifying quantities against shipping documents.
- Efficiently pick and stage outbound orders according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner (training provided if necessary).
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies, ensuring accuracy of stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with loading trucks for delivery, ensuring products are secured and properly arranged.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects repeatedly (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for reading labels and completing paperwork
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Excellent reliability and punctuality
- Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution setting
- Experience operating a forklift or other material handling equipment (certification an asset, but not required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
