Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and building strong customer relationships? PepsiCo is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Markham, Ontario. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of PepsiCo, responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned territory of retail accounts. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales volume and market share within an assigned territory of retail accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with store managers and key decision-makers.
- Execute promotional activities, new product launches, and merchandising standards according to company guidelines.
- Negotiate and secure optimal shelf space, display placement, and product visibility.
- Monitor inventory levels, address out-of-stock situations, and ensure proper product rotation.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Communicate market intelligence, competitive activities, and customer feedback to sales management.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or retail.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid G-class driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage a defined territory efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with the Markham and Greater Toronto Area retail landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
