Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily planning, coordination, and execution of operational activities across various departments.
- Monitor operational performance metrics, collect data, and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support process optimization initiatives, helping to analyze current workflows and propose more efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with supply chain, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery.
- Participate in inventory management and logistics coordination to maintain optimal stock levels and distribution efficiency.
- Contribute to the implementation of operational best practices and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling, documentation, and communication.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
