Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily planning, coordination, and execution of operational activities across various departments.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics, collect data, and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support process optimization initiatives, helping to analyze current workflows and propose more efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery.
  • Participate in inventory management and logistics coordination to maintain optimal stock levels and distribution efficiency.
  • Contribute to the implementation of operational best practices and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling, documentation, and communication.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Fluent in Hebrew and English.
