Key Responsibilities
- Greet members warmly and provide exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries, product location, and general shopping needs.
- Stock and organize merchandise on sales floors and in warehouse areas, ensuring proper rotation and presentation.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently (training provided if needed).
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the warehouse, including aisles, restrooms, and common areas.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, sorting, and preparing products for display.
- Process member transactions accurately and efficiently at checkout (if cross-trained for cashier duties).
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in preparing merchandise for promotions and seasonal displays.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail, warehouse, or customer service role.

- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment (certification a plus).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
