Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers promptly and courteously.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and process various payment methods.
- Assist customers with locating products, answering questions, and offering recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including shelving, displays, and checkout areas.
- Stock and replenish merchandise on shelves, ensuring proper rotation and signage.
- Support pharmacy operations by assisting customers with over-the-counter purchases and directing them to the pharmacy staff for prescription needs.
- Execute promotional campaigns and ensure correct pricing is displayed.
- Process incoming shipments, unload merchandise, and organize backroom inventory.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
