Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of large and complex datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, relationships, and anomalies that inform business decisions.
- Support the development, testing, and implementation of statistical models and machine learning algorithms under senior guidance, contributing to predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives.
- Create compelling and interactive data visualizations and dashboards using appropriate tools to communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Network, Finance, Customer Experience) to understand specific business challenges, define data requirements, and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Learn and apply best practices in data science, including data governance, data quality management, ethical AI, and data privacy regulations.
- Participate actively in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and continuous learning initiatives, contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation.

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or a closely related quantitative field.

- Foundational understanding of statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, and probability theory.
