Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to assigned teams and individuals, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements (when necessary).
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Manage email correspondence, screen calls, and handle inquiries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses or escalations.
- Organize and maintain digital files and databases, ensuring data integrity and easy accessibility for team members.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar).
