Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and associates, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area, ensuring it reflects our company's high standards.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings, managing calendars as needed.
- Assist with various administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and preparing documents.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Provide general administrative support to multiple departments as required, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a reception, administrative, or customer service role (at least 6 months).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
