Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner, providing excellent service.
  • Operate cash registers accurately, process transactions, and handle customer returns and exchanges.
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, including ticketing, sizing, and security tagging.
  • Execute merchandising strategies, ensuring products are displayed attractively and according to company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, sorting, and replenishing stock.
  • Support store opening and closing procedures as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Required Skills

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
