Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner, providing excellent service.
- Operate cash registers accurately, process transactions, and handle customer returns and exchanges.
- Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, including ticketing, sizing, and security tagging.
- Execute merchandising strategies, ensuring products are displayed attractively and according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, sorting, and replenishing stock.
- Support store opening and closing procedures as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and move merchandise.
