Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise shipments according to company standards.
- Accurately unpack, sort, tag, and prepare merchandise for placement on the sales floor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment, ensuring easy access to products.
- Actively replenish sales floor merchandise, ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained throughout the day.
- Safely move and transport heavy merchandise, fixtures, and equipment as needed.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and assist with inventory management to ensure data accuracy.
- Strictly adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to prevent loss and injury.
- Collaborate effectively with sales associates, management, and other team members to support overall store operations.
- Identify, document, and report any damaged, defective, or mislabeled merchandise.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team culture, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and multitask efficiently.
- Strong verbal communication skills to interact with team members.
- Basic mathematical proficiency for inventory tasks and counting.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience (6+ months) in a retail stockroom, warehouse, or similar operational support role.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management procedures or systems.
