Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently, escalating complex issues to senior support engineers or relevant teams when necessary.
- Document all incidents, problems, and solutions accurately in the IT service management system.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, applications, and hardware.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent service disruptions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to IT service management (ITSM) best practices and company policies.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
Required Skills
